Bill Payment

Greater Ward 1 Waterworks offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.

Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill. We are not responsible for payments being received/posted late due to the postal service. 

Automatic Bank Draft

Paying your bill can be worry free by having your monthly bill automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your utility account. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. To set up Automated Bank Draft please contact our office at (318)255-7995. Payments will process on the 10th day of the month.  You will still receive a bill each month that has Bank Draft printed on it so that you know how much to deduct from your account.

Payment Drop-off Location

You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept cash, check, or money orders. Please be sure and bring your payment stub (the small portion of bill) to insure proper credit.

Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay

Many financial institutions, such as major banks, offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Depending upon the postal service, payments may take seven business days or longer to receive and post to the customer's account.  Please consult with your bank for more information. (if your payment is not in our office by the 10th of each month a late fee will be automatically added)

Credit/Debit Card

Greater Ward One Water now offers the convenience of paying your water bill with a credit card, simply stop by the office, or call in to 318-255-7995 to pay by phone. Customer pricing notice: a 3.50% customer assistance fee is applied to all credit and debit card transactions.
